Thomas Jedlicka is an Associate Wealth Advisor with the Compass Team at NorthCoast. He joined the firm in 2026 and works closely with clients to understand their goals, build personalized strategies, and help them make informed financial decisions. Thomas is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping individuals and families navigate their financial lives with confidence.

Prior to joining NorthCoast, Thomas was an Investment Consulting Services Associate at Andersen, where he gained experience working with large family offices and advising on complex investment and estate structures. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.

Outside of the office, Thomas enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling abroad, scuba diving, and playing in a men’s hockey league.
